    Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $21,495,000 within the Stormwater Bond Series 2023 Fund for the South Howard Flood Relief and Streetscape Project; providing an effective date.     Background

    This financial resolution reallocates $20,895,000 from the Lower Peninsula Watershed Plan and $600,000 of earned interest from the capital outlay budget reserve for a total of $21,495,000 within the Stormwater Bond Series 2023 Fund for the South Howard Flood Relief and Streetscape Project.
